In good condition, a WW2 1935M Japanese NCOs Shin Gunto Katana.

Yes, it has matching serial numbers (943264) and is guaranteed authentic (how to spot a fake: the sarute loop is extra long, the bohi starts further from the habaki, plus more); this one is absolutely authentic.

The 26 1/4 inch blade is in very good condition, some scuffing / staining (can be polished out / removed), but not much wrong here! Blade firm in the hilt / tsuka. The aluminium grip has some original paint remaining. The steel saya / scabbard has some original green paint remaining. The sword sheathes and draws well, and the locking mechanism works well.
