19th / 20th Century Chinese Shuangjian Double Sword, sold

In overall very good condition, a pair of Chinese Shuang Jian Double Swords, circa 1900.

Shuang jian double swords from the northwest of China. The blades, 45 cm long, are both firm in their respective hilts; some nicks to blades. The grips in good order and firm. The fishskin scabbard in good order, though the mounts / fittings are loose, especially one (can be remedied with glue of course). The swords sheath and draw well. Well above average pair.
